MOBILE CRM

eCRM is a Customer Relationship Management application developed for heavy equipment dealers that sell, lease, and maintain vehicles and machinery from brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Volvo, and Hyundai. The App was developed for both the Google Android and Apple iOS platforms with synchronous and asynchronous functional capabilities on both Wi Fi and wireless carrier networks. This technology flexibility empowers sales representatives to focus on closing deals without the distractions of having to meddle with sales automation limitations.
Sales representatives have unrestricted access to their CRM data anytime, anywhere, in a variety of modalities (phones, tablets, and connected PCs), using form factors that accommodate complex lease agreements. The App has the API hooks that transfers lease data to financing providers so payment arrangements are integrated into the completion of transactions. In addition to the routine calendars, schedules, tasks, calls, and meetings functionalities; there are more sophisticated capabilities to handle leases that are in pending status awaiting attention by other participants such as credit checkers, loan managers, or equipment being transferred between dealerships.

EXECUTIVE DASHBOARD

Executive Dashboard is an online decision support system developed on ASP.NET, JQuery, SQL Server and other technologies. This system is specifically geared to the sale and rental of heavy machinery, encompassing functions such as purchase agreements, rental contracts, equipment return inspection, equipment availability, preventative maintenance, and parts catalog. The Dashboard presents a summarized status of business activities, with drilldown features that enable users to retrieve the details of summary transactions. It is a true executive summary frontend to a Big Data backend that augments managerial decision making.
TechDova developed a mobile frontend to the Executive Dashboard that function on iOS and Android devices. This app enables executives on the go to remain updated on current business transactions. The app has the capability to receive alerts when backend thresholds and critical milestones are reached. Although the app runs on devices with limited functionality, executives do have the capabilities to query the details of selected critical transactions and temporarily suspend pertinent business functions or tasks until the situations are research. This app is a critical tool for monitoring operations and maximizing business performance.

REDEEM GIFTCARD

eGiftCard is an electronic Gift Card system that allows the loading of purchasing credits into Android and iOS smart phones. The App enables patrons of stadiums and arenas or season ticket holders to buy and top up purchasing credits that can be consumed at concession stands within sports and entertainment venues across the US. The App is a cashless purchasing system that facilitates the effective dispersion of purchasing power (gift) to friends and relatives who better enjoy the autonomy of making their own buying decisions. This rewards the gift givers while relieving them from the burden of shopping and selecting gifts that may not be truly appreciated by recipients.
The App stores monetary value electronically to be used as an alternative to cash for purchases within particular stores, auditorium, stadium, arenas, and theme parks. The dashboard of the app displays four key functionalities: Balance, Purchase, Reload, and Account. Balance helps the user to confirm the remaining value of the gift card, Purchase lists the history of use at various venues and items bought, Reload permits cards to be topped up for later use, and Account displays the profile of the individual user. At the time of checking out, the merchant point of sales register recognizes the user’s phone is equipped with the eGiftCard App, and the user is prompted with the option to pay using their eGird.
